(11 hours) 06:00 am Transfer by road to the Sanctuary of Copacabana to board the catamaran cruise. Enjoying a snack on board, we will visit the Del Sol Island the cradle of the Inca Empire. In this legendary island we will visit the Garden steps, the Inca Fountain. The itinerary includes a visit to Inti Wata Cultural Complex, the largest private tourist attraction in Bolivia wich holds the underground Museum of Ekako. The centers of traditional medicine, construction of rafts made of reeds, the Pachamama agricultural Inca terraces, a handicraft center, shelter Intica and the largest variety of Andean camelids located in “Manco Kapac”. Visit the Inti Wata Complex, also includes the possibility of sailing on board an immense typical raft of Totora and a panoramic view of the Inca Palace Pilkokaina. Later we board the catamaran to return Copacabana. On the way lunch is served as a buffet. Transfer by road from Copacabana to Puno. DAY 01: PUNO – SILLUSTANI Greeted at Juliana’s airport then transferred to Puno. On the way to the hotel, you will visit the mysterious pre-Inca ruins called chullpas (funerary towers) pre-Hispanic cemetery that belonged to the manors of the Lupaca and Colla. These architectural structures are carved from volcanic stone, some reaching 12 meters in height measure (40 feet). Overnight. DAY 02: PUNO – UROS – AMANTANI (Overnight) (B, L, D) Excursion to the Inca’s Sacred Lake, visit to the Uros Floating Island, which is a set of 20 islands formed on the basis of the Totora (aquatic plant), we will see that it’s people still retain their ancient customs such as fishing and hunting. We continue our journey to the Amantani Island, coming to this you will be welcomed by the natives, who place us in their homes, with family assignment, and we will share their food and habits for time of our stay. PM: There will be a journey to explore the island, visiting the shrines (Pachatata, on return we will share a dinner with a family where they display their costumes and dances. Overnight at the houses of the natives. DAY 03: AMANTANI – TAQUILE – PUNO (B, L) Departure by boat to Taquile Island, where we will have a tour to explore the island. PM: After lunch return to Puno. Visit the Botanical Gardens, stairs and Inca fountains we finally reach the IntiWata Cultural Complex including the underground Museum Ekako. Traditional medicine centers, construction of reed boats, the Pachamama agricultural Inca terraces, handicraft center, Intica shelter and the largest variety of Andean camelids located in the Mirador de Manco Capac. Visit the IntiWata Complex, also includes the possibility of sailing on board an immense typical raft of Totora with a panoramic visit to the Inca Palace Pilkokaina. Later we board the Catamaran to return to Copacabana, lunch buffet on board. Then transfer by road from Copacabana to Puno. Overnight at the selected hotel. Free time to visit the craft shops and do some shopping, and then we will go to the restaurant on the island to enjoy lunch prepared based on local produce. Returnto Puno.
